On May 31, 2008, Linde (China) continued the Leading Industry EHS ¨C Green Purchasing Seminar Series ¨C this time in Ningbo. This event attracted around 100 companies. In the opening speech, Mr. Chen Jinping, Regional Director of East Region stressed the importance of ¡°Green Purchasing¡± considerations to avoid EHS violations in everyday work. In the seminar, BSI¡¯s trainer also shared some tips on Green Purchasing and some case studies on the EHS benefits. Linde (China) also took the chance to share the various EHS considerations in our products and solutions.
Since many participants were from Shanghai, they had a chance to travel on the recently opened Hangzhou Bay Bridge. After the seminar, everyone participated took in to the green for a round of golf, as part of being ¡°Healthy¡± in this EHS event.
