On 26 May 2007, "Linde Cup" China Tour South Region Zhuhai qualifying round was held in the factory area of Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Inc. 
 
Three types of competition, "handling pallets", "pressing matchbox" and "moving pallets with water bottles", respectively tested contestants' different forklift truck operation skills. 
 
The diesel trucks and electric trucks used in this qualifying round, coupled with the skillful drivers, really demonstrated the speed, ease-of-use, efficiency and productivity of Linde's trucks.  
 
Mr Cao Xiangyun, a famous "Forklift Truck Star", also participated in the competition.  Since 2004, Cao has become a familiar face among TV viewers, with his frequent participation in the “Wanna Challenge” Program in CCTV-3, where he shows off his skills with Linde’s forklift truck. As a favorite contestant, Cao who works for Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Inc. said that they held some internal competition within the company prior to this event.
 
In the end, the winners who will qualify for the regional level competition are as follows:
#1: Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Inc.
#2: Zhuhai S.E.Z. Chengcheng Printing Co., Ltd.
#3: Zhuhai S.E.Z. Hongta Renheng Paper Co., Ltd.
