During contract period, forklift trucks are regularly maintained and thoroughly inspected according to the equipment operation manual. Charges include costs of necessary spare parts for maintenance and labors.

Complex working conditions and multiple truck types.
Large use of forklift trucks.
Insufficient staffing and lack of professional staff for daily maintenance of forklift trucks.

What services does RMC provide?
Regular maintenance: Regular maintenance of equipment; charges include costs of spare parts and labors and travel expenses per maintenance.
Thorough inspection: Thorough inspection of forklift trucks.
Issue maintenance report: Maintenance report is provided after regular maintenance.
Provide reasonable advice: Reasonable advice is offered after thorough inspection.

About regular maintenance
Inspection: Thoroughly inspect hydraulic, braking, power, electrical systems and the accumulator.
Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the forklift truck and internal components such as steering axle, motor, air filter etc..
Lubrication: Check the linkage for sufficient lubrication with engine oil, hydraulic oil and coolant, and if necessary, add lubricants in time.
Replacement: Replace filter, belt, spark plug and other easily worn parts in time.
Adjustment: Adjust the truck to the best condition after maintenance.

FMC (Full Maintenance Contract )

What is the FMC?
FMC= Full Maintenance Contract
During contract period, regular maintenance, thorough inspection and troubleshooting caused by non-human factors are conducted on equipment according to equipment operation manuals

What are the suitable customers for FMC?
This solution is suitable for customers with heavy working conditions, complicated truck conditions, cumbersome maintenance and procurement processes, healthy financial conditions, insufficient staffing and lacking of professional staff for maintenance

What services does FMC provide?
Regular maintenance: Regular equipment maintenance; charges include costs of necessary spare parts for maintenance, labor costs and travel expenses.
Thorough inspection: Thorough inspection of forklift trucks.
Daily maintenance: Troubleshoot failures caused by non-human factors; charges include cost of spare parts and labors for maintenance and travel expenses.
Maintenance report: Maintenance report is provided after regular maintenance.
Reasonable advice: Reasonable advice is offered after thorough inspection.

About full maintenance
Inspection: Thoroughly inspect hydraulic, braking, power, electrical systems and the accumulator.

LMC= Labour only Maintenance Contract
Charges consist of labor costs and travel expenses incurred during regular maintenance, thorough inspections and troubleshooting due to non-human factors during contract period.

Lack of professional maintenance personnel

Complex internal approval process

What services does LMC provide?
Labor+ traffic: Charges include labor costs and travel expenses during maintenance and repair process. Other repairs, service and parts other than labor costs and travel expenses are charged by Linde standard.
